Quote follow-up

Also called: estimate follow-up, proposal follow-up

Quote follow-up is an automated sequence that contacts every prospect who received a quote or estimate but has not yet responded, on a fixed schedule with new information each time.

Why it matters

Quotes that receive a second and third touch close materially more often than quotes sent once, and manual follow-up is the first thing to slip when an owner gets busy.

Worked example

A roofer's sequence sends a check-in at day 2, a financing note at day 5, and a scarcity-free 'still interested?' at day 10, reviving a share of quotes that would otherwise have gone cold.

Figures are illustrative models with inputs stated, not audited client results.
